Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
With Christmas and the new year right around the corner, and our team planning in some well earned holiday, we want to let you know of any changes to our normal operations that you can expect.
Our emergency care team will still be on hand
Please rest assured that our team will answer if you press the button on your alarm or take a fall. When we say that our monitoring service is 24/7, 365 days a year, we mean it. That doesn’t change over the Christmas and New Year period.
Emergency careline support hours over Christmas:
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (unchanged)
Our normal office will be closing for Christmas
The administration, customer services and sales office will be closed from 5 pm on Wednesday 23rd December. We’ll be back in the office at 9 am on Tuesday 29th December. We’ll also be closed on New Year’s Day.

Please note, this is a different office to where our emergency care team are based. That team will continue to answer emergency calls 24/7, with no change over Christmas or New Year.
What to do if you need technical support
Our emergency care team at the monitoring centre can answer general questions about your equipment. To reach the team, simply press the button on your alarm or base unit and wait for us to answer.
If it’s not an emergency, please email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you when we return to the office on the 29th December.

New customers, please order online as soon as possible
To get set up in time for Christmas, we recommend that new customers order online as early as possible. New orders (including your completed service agreement) need to be with us by 12 pm on Wednesday 23rd December in order for us to dispatch on the same day and arrange delivery for Christmas Eve*. Due to the office closure over the Christmas weekend, orders received after this time will be dispatched by the 30th January on DPD’s Next Working Day delivery*.
To get an update on an order you have placed with us, just give us a call when we’re open.
Orders received after 12 pm on Thursday 31st December 2020 will be dispatched on Monday 4th January 2021, with delivery arranged for Tuesday 5th January*.
