I just want to thank you for the exceptional care and help we’ve had this year. One or two false alarms but when Mum had a nasty fall (outside) just the fact she could hear you and knew you were ringing us made all the difference.
We were there within minutes and got her to hospital (thankfully nothing broken) but without Telecare24 it could have been much worse.
