We decided on Telecare24 after my mum who lives alone had a few hospital visits and is getting confused. My friend who works for the NHS recommended you and I requested a brochure to show mum. I spoke to a lovely man who was really friendly and helpful and my alarm arrived the next day!

Everything was easy to understand and it gives mum and me confidence that she can ask for help anytime she needs it but keep her independence and it’s peace of mind for all of us.
