Thank you very much for your service, it gives me peace of mind

I am the daughter of a 94-year-old lady who wears a Telecare alarm as she lives alone and is prone to falling and cannot get up again.

The alarm gives my mother and I real peace of mind that if she falls – help will be accessed as without it, she could be on the floor for a whole day till my sister does her daily check.
