When you get to the checkout, look for the ‘Promotions’ section near the top of the page. Do this before you complete other parts of the checkout.
Already ordered and forgotten to add the code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil the offer for any customers who have already placed an order and didn’t apply the code before completing the checkout.
Validity
The free key safe offer with code KEYSAFE is only valid on purchases where the code has been successfully applied before making a payment.
How to claim
When you get to the checkout, look for the question “Have a coupon code? Add it here”. Remember to click ‘Apply code’ or the promotion will not be applied to your order. Customers ordering over the phone must mention the offer code when speaking to our team.
Already ordered and forgotten to add the code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil the offer for any customers who have already placed an order and didn’t apply the code.
Validity
Referrals can only be made by existing Telecare24 customers. Renewal discounts will only be issued after the 14-day cancellation window has closed. Existing customers cannot retrospectively claim they were referred. Referral discounts are limited to 1 per customer. Claims for the refer-a-friend discount must come from the new customer that is joining Telecare24.
How to claim
- Use the form on our /refer-a-friend/ page and we’ll send an email to your friend telling them that you recommend they join Telecare24.
- The email will include instructions for your friend to follow when placing their order so that we can match the referral back to you.
- Your friend places their order, either online or over the phone and tells us they were referred by you1.
- After their 14-day cancellation window has closed, we’ll automatically give you both a £15 discount on your next annual renewal as a thank you.
Already a customer and forgotten to claim that you were referred?
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil the offer for any customers who have already placed an order and didn’t tell us they were referred and their 14-day cancellation period has already expired.
1 When they place their order, we’ll ask them to tell us your full name and your Telecare24 account number or your postcode, so that we can match their claim to your Telecare24 account.
