The quickest way for you to get up and running with our careline service is to order online.

Once you have placed your order, and before we dispatch your personal alarm, we’ll ask you for some information to help us set up your account. This takes just a few minutes, but if you get stuck just give us a call.

Once we dispatch your order, you’ll receive a notification from Royal Mail with a unique tracking number.

On the morning of your delivery, you’ll get another message from Royal Mail with a one-hour window when you can expect your delivery to arrive, with options to reschedule if it’s not a convenient time for you.
