Next Day Delivery
As stated in our COVID-19 post, we endeavour to fulfil all orders for next day delivery. This is the case in the vast majority of orders, however in a small number of cases our delivery may fall outside of this window.
We understand that in many circumstances speed is of the essence. It may be that you or a loved one are waiting to be discharged from the hospital or are faced with a situation where a careline alarm is now essential in providing ongoing support. That’s why we dispatch all UK mainland orders we receive by 1:00 pm for next working day delivery, giving you access to our emergency service within a day of ordering. For non-UK mainland destinations such as Northern Ireland we deliver within 2 working days.
No Paperwork for Faster Delivery
There’s no paperwork to fill in when you order online, but before we dispatch your careline alarm, we will require some information about who is going to use our service. We will guide you through these simple steps in the order process so we can get all the information we need and to immediately start to get your alarm dispatched. If you order via our postal forms from an information pack, we will dispatch your careline alarm on the day we receive your information in our FREEPOST envelope.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification by email or text – giving you a unique tracking number. Then on the morning of the delivery you will receive a further message giving you an approximate time of delivery, with options to change this if it’s not convenient for you. Track Your Delivery
