Our services typically include personal alarms for the elderly with wearable alarm devices, such as pendants or bracelets, with an emergency button that can be pressed to initiate a call for help.
When the alarm is activated, the user is connected to a 24/7 monitoring centre where trained staff can assess the situation and take appropriate action, such as contacting a designated emergency contact or dispatching emergency services.
We also make sure our personal alarm plans are affordable, even for people with low income or tight budgets.
