Edward Alleyn House, Dulwich

We currently manage a number of Almshouse sites across the UK, providing careline alarms and 24/7 monitoring to residents. One of these is the stunning Edward Alleyn House in Dulwich.

This 400-year-old Almshouse currently has 14 properties and focuses on proving affordable accommodation for people over 60 years old.

Telecare24 were approached to help find a telecare solution that would give residents access to emergency care due to changes in the House Manager’s working hours.

The whole process was extremely professional and straight forward. Telecare24 installed all the alarms and key safes in one morning and we were up and running in no time.

Telecare24 supplied each resident with a Tynetec Reach alarm with a waterproof pendant which is connected to our control centre 24 hours a day. If any resident requires emergency assistance our team are on hand with just a push of a button. We also installed a key safe at each property, which will allow the Emergency Services to gain access if the House Manager is not on duty.
