From Sharon and Elizabeth, a Fall alarm customer

My sisters and I recently purchased the Fall alarm on behalf of our mother (Elizabeth).

Elizabeth is 92yrs old and wants to remain living in her own flat but has recently had a few nasty falls, fortunately without major injury . She has been found on the floor (after a few hours) and so has lost confidence in looking after herself and being able to walk around her home. Our brother died a couple of years ago as a result of a fall, he was her caregiver and companion.

The Fall alarm has made a huge difference for her in terms of her feeling safe and knowing that should she need it, help will arrive. She is happier in herself and less fearful knowing she is safer in her own home. It has also given the family considerable peace of mind too.
