When your friend joins Telecare24, we’ll give you both a £15 discount on your next annual renewal.

Fill in the form and we’ll send an email to your friend telling them that you recommend they join Telecare24
The email will include instructions for your friend to follow when placing their order so that we can match the referral back to you.
Your friend places their order, either online or over the phone and tells us they were referred by you¹.
After their 14-day cancellation window has closed, we’ll automatically give you both a £15 discount on your next annual renewal as a thank you².

¹ When they place their order, we’ll ask them to tell us your full name and your Telecare24 account number or your postcode, so that we can match their claim to your Telecare24 account.

² Referrals can only be made by existing Telecare24 customers. Renewal discounts will only be issued after the 14-day cancellation window has closed. Existing customers cannot retrospectively claim they were referred. Referral discounts are limited to 1 per customer. Read the full terms & conditions for referrals.
