We thought you might like to get to know a little bit behind the management team at TeleCare24.Here you get a little insight into the people that make TeleCare24 a well-oiled machine and ensuring we provide a great service for you and your loved ones! Many of our staff have worked here for years which has laid the foundation to make TeleCare24 the success it is today.

Neil Evans – Director

Neil has over 20 years experience in the telecare sector and is the calm unflappable centre of Telecare24. No matter the problem, he’s on hand to guide the team through and ensure our customers are satisfied and receive the best possible level of service.

Outside of Telecare24 Neil is very active with community and social enterprise projects in the local community and is an active Charity Trustee.   

Stewart Smith – Director

Stewart has also been involved with the telecare industry for over twenty years and his wealth of experience in marketing has helped Telecare24 become the UK’s most popular telecare service.

When he’s not planning the latest awareness campaign for Telecare24, Stewart enjoys travelling along with various sporting activities as well as spending time with his wife and two young children. 

Tanya Hermann – Finance Manager

Tanya controls the purse strings, constantly ensuring Telecare24 is providing the best value-for-money service on the market today. Tanya’s keen eye for detail is legendary among her colleagues. 

When not at work Tanya’s time is taken up by her two young boys. A tomboy at heart, Tanya is seldom happier than taking her children mountain biking or cheering them on from the side of the football pitches of Cardiff. 

Amy – Control Centre Manager

Amy is the manager of our Alarm Response Centre and plays a vital role in ensuring that our care team provide the assistance you need. She has been working in and helping to develop the telecare industry for some 22 years. Her passion for delivering a second to none service to assist those in need is one of the things that makes her happy. 

Other activities that make Amy happy include horse riding, sailing, riding her motorbike and walking the dog. However, it seems she’s never happier than when in her wellies and up to her knees in mud!     

Sophia – Customer Service

Sophia is a highly dedicated member of our team with over 10 years of customer service experience with some of the largest companies in the UK.

There’s no challenge too big for Sophia and her infectious sense of humour ensures our office is always a fun place to be. For the last two years Sophia has been dealing with processing orders, customer queries and overseeing technical queries. 

Outside of work Sophia enjoys nothing more than spending time with her two daughters. Once the children are tucked up in bed, Sophia loves catching up on all her favourite TV series.

Erika – Customer Service

Erika is a vibrant and passionate member of our dispatch team and is responsible for processing all our new orders.  As well as ensuring all the nitty gritty administration is complete, she aspires to deliver efficient and friendly service when answering customer queries or offering technical support.

When not in the office, Erika is a fledgling photographer who attends music events, but only when her horse allows her!

Emma – Customer Service

Emma is our most experienced member of staff in the Customer Service Department. Emma particularly comes into her own when she’s helping customers with technical queries as her calm and patient approach puts customers at ease and ensures any issues are always resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Outside of Work Emma loves spending time with her young family. An early riser, she enjoys nothing more than to start the day with a ride across the welsh countryside on her horse.
