I’ve been with Telecare24 for 4 years now and am more than happy with this service.
It’s very efficiently and caringly run, and although I haven’t needed to use it in an emergency, I have total confidence in the service.
Personnel on the phone, whether I’m testing the alarm button or raising a query with the main office, are always reassuring and efficient, and if I set the alarm button off accidentally, the recipient at the other end is always pleasant and doesn’t make me feel I’m wasting their time! As long as I need this service, it’s good to know that Telecare24 are there day and night.
