Thank you very much for this good news that we have won a year’s free service. My dad and I are delighted!

My dad turns 91 this week and is still fortunate to be able to live in his own home and is able to do most things with my support. We lost my brother 5 years ago and my mum 2 years ago so dad only has my son and myself remaining.

My dad had a couple of falls in December which required visits to A&E and after the 2nd fall, I decided that it was time to get a fall alarm. It is a 20-minute drive between his house and mine and I can’t be with him all the time and I was worried that if he fell I would have no way of knowing until he didn’t answer my daily call.

I researched the various options available and chose Telecare24 because of the range that it has. Dad likes to walk around his garden daily to get some exercise so I felt that the bigger range would be better for him.
