This is my second time using Telecare24.

The first for my father and the latter for a close friend. We we’re surprised that the system arrived within 24 hrs of us ordering it. All the info as regards contacts, numbers, GP’s etc are added during the order process.

This can be done on a smart phone, but is clearer when using a laptop. Set up is more or less plug and play. Easy to follow. Then you test the system, both for the end users benefit and also piece of mind for the family or friends.

Honestly, it works exactly as described, provides a safety net when we can’t all be around. Great service to have!
