UK careline operator TeleCare24 recently ran a survey with its customers to find out how the service was performing. Customers were asked a range of questions such as why they chose Telecare24, how the service had performed for them and whether they would recommend TeleCare24.
The results and feedback were extremely positive.
One of the most striking elements of the feedback was the fact that 100% of their customers would recommend the TeleCare24 service. Managing Director Neil Evans said, “To have 100% of our customers willing to recommend us is fantastic feedback.
