When you need help fast, you need to be able to get through to the right people the first time. Here’s how to do that:

• Emergency help? If you have one of our alarms, press it. If you have a fall alarm, the alarm will automatically activate when you need it. In both cases, you’ll be speaking to our careline team within seconds, any time of day or night.
• Need something else? To talk to us about anything else, you can call our customer service team between 9am to 5pm (Mon-Thurs), and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.

We hope there’s never a time when you need our services. But if there is, you might like to know that we handle thousands of calls every day. We’re one of the most highly trained care teams in the UK, and you can always count on us.

Everyone you speak to at our UK-based alarm response centre will have undergone six months of intense training, so you know they have the skills and experience to manage your call. But more importantly, everyone on our careline team knows just how important the work they do is – and they’ll do all they can to help.

Trustworthy alarm response centres are overseen by the Telecare Services Association (TSA). TSA membership ensures we maintain the highest standards of service.
